Due to our international customer base, we have standardized our prices to be $USD. However, since the product is shipped from Vancouver, taxes will be added to the purchase price at checkout for any Canadian customers. International customers are exempt from taxes, so no additional charge will be added at the checkout. You will checkout in $USD, but can do so with your Canadian credit card or PayPal account. As usual, your card or account will be billed in $CAD once it's converted. (Sometimes you may need to refresh the page to load the new currency).
WITHIN CANADA & US
Enjoy FREE shipping with any purchase of $150 or more before taxes. Orders less than $150 before taxes will be $10. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Canada) and USPS (United States). Shipping can take 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping fees for international orders are $25 or FREE for all orders over $300. All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Registered Mail. Your order will arrive within 10-12 business days after processing, and will require a signature upon delivery. Any orders that are shipped outside of Canada may be subject to local duties and taxes. If you refuse a shipment from Iza Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the goods. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
In any account you have given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. In any accountthat a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund.
We hope that you love your Iza Jewelry purchases, however if you are not entirely happy we will happily offer a refund to the value of your purchase, minus the outgoing shipping cost.
All items must be returned in a saleable condition and in it’s original packaging.
Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
All sale items are Final Sale, and are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty. Important – for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings so we ask that you please choose carefully.

All our jewelry is hand made by artisans using skills passed down through generations. Metal shapes and finishings can be irregular and colors do vary making each piece unique.
We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, therefore manufacturing faults are rare. However, if you believe a piece of Iza Jewelry purchased from our online store is faulty, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the fault and proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
Please note that jewelry that is damaged through wear and tear is not considered faulty. Iza Jewelry purchased at one of our stockists should be returned to the store where the purchase was made, following their returns policy.
