With the first delivery, I recieved a completely different piece of jewelry, which was disappointing because it was a gift. I understood that mistakes can happen so I reached out quickly to the contact info they had and heard back within 12 hours that they were apologetic and would send me the current piece the same day.

I just received the choker in the mail today (didn’t have to pay for shipping or import fees) and revealed it to my wife - who cried when I put it on her. The piece is gorgeous and her reaction alone was worth the price, bless someone who would love this choker!

This dainty little necklace is a show stopper. I absolutely love it and have been wearing it daily. It really classes up every outfit you wear. Excellent quality, and for people who are tactile, like me, it has a wonderful smoothness and feel that makes it a pleasant sensory experience. I’m so glad Iza included more pictures of the differences between the silver and white. I bought the silver, but once I’m no longer moving around like crazy, I’d love to buy the white one too. Because of my abrupt moving situation, she was able to make this a rush job, since each piece is hand crafted, and shipped it to me earlier than anticipated. Absolutely gorgeous hand made item. Beautiful and secure packaging from Bali, complete with a personalized hand written note from Isabella. Customer service was incredible. I messaged Isabella asking if it could be a rush job since I’d be moving soon, and she delivered! I love this necklace and will wear it daily.
